It means that only direct help for drivers will be outlawed - rather than pursuing the hardline clampdown on all team-to-driver communication as was originally planned.

super, napokon malo zdravog razuma, ide se dobrim putem, još samo da odbace odvratni drs i mojoj sreći nebi bilo kraja. :)

Završila je istraga u vezi Bianchijeve nesreće i objavljeno je čak 11 zaključaka kako je došlo do nesreće:
1. The semi-dry racing line at T 7 was abruptly narrowed by water draining onto the track and flowing downhill along it. Both Sutil, and Bianchi one lap later, lost control at this point in T 7.

2. ||Sutil’s car was in the process of being recovered by mobile crane when Bianchi approached Sectors 7 and 8, which include the part of T 7 where the recovery was taking place. Sectors 7 and 8 were subject to double yellow flags.

3. Bianchi did not slow sufficiently to avoid losing control at the same point on the track as Sutil.

4. If drivers adhere to the requirements of double yellow flags, as set out in Appendix H, Art. 2.4.5.1.b, then neither competitors nor officials should be put in immediate or physical danger.

5. The actions taken following Sutil’s accident were consistent with the regulations, and their interpretation following 384 incidents in the preceding 8 years. Without the benefit of hindsight, there is no apparent reason why the Safety Car should have been deployed either before or after Sutil’s accident.

6. Bianchi over-controlled the oversteering car, such that he left the track earlier than Sutil, and headed towards a point “up-stream” along the barrier. Unfortunately, the mobile crane was in front of this part of the barrier, and he struck and under-ran the rear of it at high speed.

7. During the 2 seconds Bianchi’s car was leaving the track and traversing the run-off area, he applied both throttle and brake together, using both feet. The FailSafe algorithm is designed to over-ride the throttle and cut the engine, but was inhibited by the Torque Coordinator, which controls the rear Brake-by-Wire system. Bianchi’s Marussia has a unique design of BBW, which proved to be incompatible with the FailSafe settings.

8. The fact that the FailSafe did not disqualify the engine torque requested by the driver may have affected the impact velocity; it has not been possible to reliably quantify this. However, it may be that Bianchi was distracted by what was happening and the fact that his front wheels had locked, and been unable to steer the car such that it missed the crane.

9. Bianchi’s helmet struck the sloping underside of the crane. The magnitude of the blow and the glancing nature of it caused massive head deceleration and angular acceleration, leading to his severe injuries.

10. All rescue and medical procedures were followed, and their expediency are considered to have contributed significantly to the saving of Bianchi’s life.

11. It is not feasible to mitigate the injuries Bianchi suffered by either enclosing the driver’s cockpit, or fitting skirts to the crane. Neither approach is practical due to the very large forces involved in the accident between a 700kg car striking a 6500kg crane at a speed of 126kph. There is simply insufficient impact structure on a F1 car to absorb the energy of such an impact without either destroying the driver’s survival cell, or generating non-survivable decelerations.

It is considered fundamentally wrong to try and make an impact between a racing car and a large and heavy vehicle survivable. It is imperative to prevent a car ever hitting the crane and/or the marshals working near it.

A sada je i potvrđeno, u 2015. nema dvostrukih bodova i stojećeg restarta nakon SC-a, dok se u praksu uvodi VSC (Virtual Safety Car) za kojeg su pravila slijedeća:
Article 41: Virtual Safety Car (VSC)

41.1 The VSC procedure may be initiated to neutralise a race upon the order of the clerk of the course. It will normally be used when double waved yellow flags are needed on any section of track and competitors or officials may be in danger, but the circumstances are not such as to warrant use of the safety car itself.

41.2 When the order is given to initiate the VSC procedure a message “VSC DEPLOYED” will be displayed on the official messaging system and all FIA light panels will display “VSC”.

41.3 No car may be driven unnecessarily slowly, erratically or in a manner which could be deemed potentially dangerous to other drivers or any other person at any time whilst the VSC procedure is in use. This will apply whether any such car is being driven on the track, the pit entry or the pit lane.

41.4 No car may enter the pits whilst the VSC procedure is in use unless it is for the purpose of changing tyres.

41.5 All competing cars must reduce speed and stay above the minimum time set by the FIA ECU at least once in each marshalling sector (a marshalling sector is defined as the section of track between each of the FIA light panels). All cars must also be above this minimum time when the FIA light panels change to green (see 41.7 below). The stewards may impose either of the penalties under Article 16.3a), b), c) or d) on any driver who fails to stay above the minimum time as required by the above.

41.6 With the exception of the cases listed under a) to d) below, no driver may overtake another car on the track whilst the VSC procedure is in use.

The exceptions are:

a) When entering the pits a driver may pass another car remaining on the track after he has

reached the first safety car line.

b) When leaving the pits a driver may overtake, or be overtaken by, another car on the track

before he reaches the second safety car line.

c) Whilst in the pit entry, pit lane or pit exit a driver may overtake another car which is also in one of these three areas.

d) If any car slows with an obvious problem.

41.7 When the clerk of the course decides it is safe to end the VSC procedure the message “VSC ENDING” will be displayed on the official messaging system and, at any time between 10 and 15 seconds later, “VSC” on the FIA light panels will change to green and drivers may continue racing immediately. After 30 seconds the green lights will be extinguished.

41.8 Each lap completed whist the VSC procedure is in use will be counted as a race lap.

EDIT: A stigla je i još jedna nova kazna...baš kao što je 2014. uvedena 5 sekundi stop/go kazna koja se može odraditi prije promjena guma u boksu, sada je uvedena i identična u trajanju od 10 sekundi

Čeka se samo potvrda na povratak VN Koreje u kalendar za 2015. a koja bi se trebala voziti 3.5. te bi sezona imala 21 utrku

EDIT: I još jedna novost...da bi se izbjeglo ubuduće da klinci poput Verstappena tako mladi i neiskusni ulaze u F1 donesena je promjena koja se tiče dobivanja super-licence.

počevši sa 1.1.2016. da bi vozač dobio super-licencu mora zadovoljiti 3 kriterija: sigurnosni kriterij, prethodno iskustvo i zadovoljavajuće performanse.

Da bi zadovoljio sigurnosni kriterij mora imati najmanje 18 godina, posjedovati važeću vozačku dozvolu te pokazati poznavanje sportskog pravilnika F1 i internacionalnog sportskog kodeksa.

Da bi zadovoljio kriterij prethodnog iskustva mora imati najmanje 2 sezone u manjim formulama te imati minimalno 300km iskustva u aktualnim bolidima ili bolidu koji zadovoljava aktualni pravilnik

Da bi zadovoljio kriterij koji se tiče performansi vozače će se bodovati po uspjesima u manjim formulama i morati će zadovoljiti minimum. Točni detalji još nisu objavljeni.

Se to misli na odrađivanje kazni i ne recimo promjenit osteceno krilo? Jer ne vidim drugu poantu stopa. S tim da je glupo ako si ostecen i sad moras s tim po stazi ic

a vjerojatno će to još biti pojašnjeno, al mislim da se to odnosi na odrađivanje kazni pa je malo nespretno (kao i uvijek kad je FIA u pitanju) napisano

S ulaskom Koreje bi u tjedan dana prelazili iz azijske turneje u početak eurospke. Baš i nije praktično, ali bi umjeto 4 bilo 5 PU
Ove godine je 5PU bila na 19 utrka (3.8 utrka po PU), a ovako bi bilo (4,2 po PU). Momčadi će vjerojatno imati pouzdanije PU sljedeće sezone, pa ne bi trebao biti tolki problem koliko 4PU na 20 utrka

Gledam malo ove cifre iz onog BBC članka o VAG-ovom ulasku u F1...
The global advertising value of Mercedes' television appearances during its F1 campaign in 2014 was $2.8bn (£1.8bn).
Experts believe the equivalent value for VAG of their sportscar and touring car programmes was about $30m (£19m).
Mercedes spent a net 130m euros (£103m) on F1, once external sponsorship and prize money is taken into account. VAG spent about 320m euros (£254m) on DTM and sportscars.

Suma svega sto je odluceno jucer na sastanku strategy grupe.
For 2015:
- only little changes made to the engine regs
- 4 engines for the season
- if a team doesn't use all the 32 modifiable items until february 28th, the remaining items can be used during the season

For 2016:
- all the team representatives share the opinion that new engine regs should be introduced
- the FIA asked for maximum engine costs of 10 million € (maybe only 5)
- 1000hp is the subjective, maybe through a higher fuel flow allowed, the current V6 should be the base
- agreement on a list of standardized components (could be the battery)
- free engine development
- the engine departments of the teams have to come up with a solution until the end of january

Znaci zapelo mi je za oko ovo da bi svi trebali imat jednake komponente ERSa (baterija mozda). znaci isti dobavljac i da se fokus vise prebaci na dio sa ICEom.

Veći protok goriva (samim time i tank pretpostavljam), te veće korištenje regenerirane energije - po meni što se tiče samih motora su dvije najvažnije točke

Veći broj PU kroz sezonu. Čitao sam nešto da radi smanjenja troškova ostaje što manji, ali kaj će nam motori od 1000ks kad će stajati u garaži. Mislim da je FIA malo preagresivno krenula s tim od ove sezone (s 8 V8 kroz sezone, na 5 V6 i sad za 2015 samo 49

Na novoj Entry listi je osim Caterhama i Manora (Marussije) koji su svrstani pod "subject to confirmation" na isti način svrstan i Lotus. Navodno je momčad u velikim financijskim problemima i nije sigurno hoće li uopće nastupati u 2015. Također je i potvrđeno da slijedeće sezone (prvi put nakon 1994. ako se ne varam) nitko na bolidu neće imati broj 1 pošto je Hamilton odabrao da će i dalje koristiti svoj broj 44 iako je imao mogućnost koristiti 1 kao prvak.

Da nakon 94 tada je Hill bio 0 , a Senna 2 i nakon Senne Coulthard je imao broj 2 jer se Prost nakon osvajanja prvenstva 94 povuko iz F1

FIA potvrdila da se nalazi rupa u pravilniku, tj nije definiran datum kad se moraju predat podaci za homologaciju. Prosle godine je bilo receno do 28.2 ja mislim, i FIA je mislila da ce bit slican datum uglavnom prije prve trke i ove godine al nisu u pravilniku tocno odredili datum tako da momcadi mogu nadograđivat svoj motor tokom sezone al moraju se drzat onih tokena tj 32. Dok Honda nece imat te privilegije jer su novi ove godine i na njih se primjenjuje pravilo od prosle godine kad su svi koji su prvi put predstavljali V6 imali rok do 28.2 za homologaciju tako ce i oni do 28.2

Dali ovo znači da će Ferari započeti sezonu sa motorom od 2014,t.j. sa motorom sa manjim turbom? Neznam dali im se isplati da 1/3 od sezone izvozi sa inferiornim motorom, ili da celu sezonu izvoze sa koliko-toliko pojačanim motorom u okviru tih 32 tokena
