Super rezultat na kraju, malo je falilo da bude u top 5, šteta za kvalifikacije jučer jer moglo se možda i računat na postolje.

Nisam ga baš pratil kroz utrku, ali vidi se ona forma od petka, šteta kaj je jučer bilo tak kak je bilo.

Super utrka za njega, malo je falilo do postolja al je auto jednostavno prespor. Bravo King of Spa

Konačno malo zadovoljstva i za Kimijeve navijače. Junačka borba tijekom cijele utrke sa autima bržim od njegovog, baš kao i Alonso nekoliko prethodnih utrka. Kapa dolje obojici.

Raikkönen doesn’t rule out an extension

Kimi Raikkönen disclosed in an interview by CNN that he might stay at Ferrari beyond 2015 if he still feels the hunger for racing. He said that he still has the passion for racing.

The 35-year-old former F1 champion, who secured the last drivers' title for Ferrari, is the oldest man in Formula 1. Although this year he was dogged by misfortune and discomfort with Ferrari’s F14 T, the former champion hinted he may look beyond the end of next year when his current contract expires.

"I have a contract for next year and probably for one more year," Raikkonen told the reporters. "But I'm not a young guy anymore.

"I want to do something more with my life than just Formula 1. I will finish my career in Ferrari. I never lost the passion. I will stop the day when I feel I don't enjoy it anymore.”

The laconic Finn said the only man he considers as a friend among the actual racing drivers in F1 is Sebastian Vettel.

"The guy I have most to do with outside of racing is Vettel," he says. "The rest I don't really see as friends, I race against them. He's just a normal guy and it's an easy relationship."

The Finnish driver has been preparing himself for the fatherhood as his girlfriend Minttu Virtanen is expecting a baby.

„The biggest challenge will be the family. It will require much time and care.”

„Yes, he has more experiences.” – answered Kimi when he was asked whether he can ask his friend Vettel for advices.

Kimi can still remember the days when he was searching for the limits behind the wheel of a Lada.

„I had a Russian Lada. I got it from one of my friend. We changed its engine. It was perfect for us – a very strong car. It was originally red, but we painted it black. It never broke down.”

Kimi, who has an unique character, admitted he wasn’t fond of the world around F1. He loved racing, but he is desperate to avoid any situation in which he has to show himself for no reason.

„It would be perfect if I could have a normal life in which nobody cares of me. These two (racing and full privacy) rule out themselves. Racing and driving are the most important, but many other things are part of them as well. I have been long enough in this sport to know that it is part of our sport. I don’t really enjoy this. I am not a fan of going to places just to show myself. I never wanted to hide it.”

Mislis dno dna? Jer vrh dna je ipak visi od dna dna. Koja konstatacija moja majko mila. Kimi mora bolje , ali bojim se da to vise nije stari kimi. A pod tim mislim Kimi prije osvajanja naslova.

Kimi sada vozi donekle mudro i jako mekano, što je odgovaralo Lotusu i gumama od žvake. U današnjem ferrariju koji mu ne odgovara... katastrofa. Ali da, nema veze s Kimijem koji je bio oštar i brz. Prava vozačina. Gledao sam uživo Monte Carlo 2005. Kimi pobjeđuje. Takvog ga pamtim.

"Here was again one of the most difficult weekends," Raikkonen told reporters after the race.

"Japan was similar - we fight with understeer the whole weekend and whatever we do we can't seem to get rid of it.

"Then you can expect in the race to destroy the front tyres.

"Obviously I hate the situation the way it is and the way things are going, and I cannot solve it by myself."
Raikkonen added that the main frustration with his problems was that he and Ferrari have been unable to pinpoint what is causing them.

"To try to drive slowly in certain places didn't make any difference [to the life of the front tyres] so I don't understand it really," he said.

"Wherever we finished it's pretty disappointing. Not being able to solve certain issues is frustrating.

"Hopefully something comes up and we find what the issues are.

"I appreciate some help and obviously we try to help each other to fix these issues, but if we knew the issue it would be easier to solve."

The Finn said that team-mate Fernando Alonso - who finished sixth - is not as sensitive to the front-end difficulties with the 2014 Ferrari.

"In certain places, yes, it's the same issue, but I think he doesn't mind too much when the front is sliding," he said.

“Since go-karts, if the front end doesn’t turn in and bite, I have never liked it. My driving style is more to try and carry the speed in the corners, keeping the speed mid corner. That’s the way I’m used to doing it and obviously I change my style a little every year. I believe that is the fastest way for me and if I can’t put the car where I want and brake the way I want because of locking wheels or sliding from the front, then it’s going to become a guessing game and if you miss the line through one corner then you miss it through the next ones. It sounds a small thing, but over a lap it becomes quite a big deficit.”

Znao sam da je Alonso bolji od Kimija ali nisam mislio da je ovoliko bolji

Solidna trka za Kimija, da nije bilo onog zadržavanja u boxu, mogla je bit pozicija, dvije bolje. Lijepo je bilo vidjet onu (iako neravnopravnu) borbu 2 Ferrarija koju je većina ljudi prije ove sezone očekivala da će se voditi za jedno od prva 3 mjesta.
