pomolimo seChase Carey: "Hope WMSC approves the regulations for 2021"
Today is an exciting day for Formula 1. If the FIA World Motor Sport Council approves the submitted regulations for 2021, they will be officially presented today. Liberty Media CEO Chase Carey has good hopes, but wait patiently.
The new regulations for 2021 have had quite a few feet in the ground, but now an agreement seems really close. Liberty Media and Formula 1 have officially submitted their plans to the FIA World Motor Sport Council, or WMSC for short. Should this organization approve the plans, they will be presented to the general public today. The new regulations contain five elements on which changes are made. Today, three of these five elements will be voted on. The other two elements are a little less exciting and so it will be voted on later, Carey says.
"There are actually five elements present in the discussions that we have had with the teams," said the Liberty Media CEO, quoted by Motorsport.com . "Three of them relate to regulations, both financial, technical and sporting. People (the WMSC) will vote on this. Things like the budget ceiling are part of the financial part, while aerodynamics and things like that fall under the technical aspect. the other two elements that are not being voted on are the administrative part and the profit distribution. We are already in an advanced discussion with the teams about this. One agreement ultimately means ten individual agreements with the teams. "
According to Carey, people don't know much else at the moment than to wait and see what comes out of the WMSC vote. However, he is hopeful that the process will be successfully completed. "We have a good feeling about this vote. It was a long process and we led the WMSC through the vote earlier this month. I am full of hope and I expect everything to be approved, but in the end we do not decide" Carey.
Something Ferrari hopes will be tinkered with is the regulations regarding the budget ceiling. They would like to see this expanded and want the engine to be included throughout the story. "The budget ceiling now only covers certain parts of the car. The best example is that the engines do not fall under the budget ceiling. We would like to see a cap for the motor plane in the future," says Camilleri.

Momcad mozda prodaju.
